  • RESOURCE NAVIGATION: Help enrolling in state benefits, health insurance, and other vital services.
  • COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS: Referrals to trusted partners and access to furniture and other basic needs.
  • CONNECTING WITH OUR PAN DE VIDA FOOD PANTRY: Fresh meat, dairy, produce, and dry goods provided to the community every two weeks.
