I loved the service Case Manager Maria Elena gave us. I am pregnant and her support impacted our lives. She helped my husband and I get started with our work permit and social security number.“- Franyelys Suarez

MARIA ELENA ESPINOSA-CASE MANAGER

I arrived to this country 33 years ago. I first became a volunteer at New Life Centers and after some time, I became part of the staff. I started with our food pantry Pan de Vida Fresh Market and later the New Vecinos program. I have worked closely with thousands of newly arrived families.  I first began this work in our shelter in Little Village and I am currently part of the new Welcome Center.
